Big House in the Little Woods Bed & Breakfast is a quaint colonial style inn near Shipshewana and Honeyville, where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 10 (ten) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and authorize a 10% processing fee.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

Check-in: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out: 10:00 AM.

Children ... We do welcome children in the Homestead room & the Suite, however, we do limit the number of children per visit.  Prior notification is required if you will be including children in your reservation.  Call (260) 593-9076 for reservations including children.  Thank you.

No Smoking ~ No Pets ~

Whole house reservations require 12 people minimum and a 2 night minimum stay. Please call to make arrangements and receive a group discount.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
